Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is offering a Management in Trainee (MIT) Program at multiple branch locations in the United States. The 9–12 month program develops future leaders, with hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and human resources.

Participants aim to progress to roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager. Base pay is $25.50 per hour with opportunities for growth and company-supported development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management or similar preferred.
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of related work experience is required.
