Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is offering a Management in Trainee (MIT) Program at our New Jersey branches.

The program is hands-on across warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and HR, with the goal of developing future Branch and Operations leaders. You'll relocate for training across two branches, gain exposure from day one, and work toward roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager, earning a base pay of $25.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Management in Trainee (MIT) Program hands-on across all facets of the business.
• Relocate for training across two branches with ~50% time in each location.
• Aspire to advance to Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager.
