Enterprise Mobility in Decatur, IL is hiring for its Management Training Program. As a MT, you will learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

The structured program provides mentoring, hands-on learning, and the chance to develop your team and grow into a branch manager. Training covers sales, service, finance, and operations with a customer-first culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or be within 1 semester of graduating (degree conferred before start).
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 6 months of experience in two or more: sales, customer service, management, leadership or related activities.
