Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Conyers, GA. As an MT, you will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as both the face to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.

You will receive mentoring, training, and a path to advance within a culture of promotion from within. The program emphasizes customer service, sales, finance, and operations with support to build your own higher-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available to work an average of 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Enterprise Management Training program from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle behind-the-scenes operations.
• Gain knowledge to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
