Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Illinois. You will learn the business from day one, serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and prepare to run a branch with mentoring and growth opportunities.

Training covers sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (or near graduation), a valid US driver’s license, and at least one year in sales or customer service or leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within one semester of graduation.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year in sales, customer service, athletics, or leadership roles.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Develop the skills to run a branch and cultivate a team.
• Gain instruction in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
