Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Decatur, AL. You’ll start learning the business from day one, rotating through sales, customer service, and operations, with a clear path toward managerial responsibilities and internal promotion.

You’ll receive structured training, mentoring, and hands-on experience at a neighborhood branch, preparing you to lead a team and grow the business while delivering excellent customer service and sales results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or current student, actively enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in Sales & Customer Service, or Leadership roles
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations
• Aim to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team
• Learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations with a customer-first culture
