Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches.

You will be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and learn how to run a branch, develop your team, and grow the business. The program covers sales, customer service, marketing, finance, and operations with mentoring and a culture of promotion from within; a 46-hour workweek supports a competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 1 semester of graduation.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service in a sales industry, participation as an athlete on a team, or leadership in military/clubs/organizations.
