Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking candidates for its Management Training Program in Joliet, IL. As an MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

The program trains you in sales, customer service, marketing, finance and operations, with mentoring and a clear path to running your own branch and growing with a company that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or be within 1 semester of graduating.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage operations.
• Develop knowledge to eventually run your own branch and cultivate new business.
• Receive mentoring and build relationships in the community to grow your own enterprise.
