Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As a MT, you’ll start learning the business from day one, based at a neighborhood branch, and you’ll serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.

You’ll receive guidance and mentoring to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team, with a culture focused on promotion from within and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within 1 semester of graduating.
• Valid driver's license with no more than three moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service in a sales environment, participation as an athlete on a team, or leadership roles in clubs/organizations.

Responsibilities
