Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program at the Dekalb, IL office (60115). Start your career in a versatile program spanning sales, business development, customer service, retail management and operations.

As a MT, you will learn the business from day one, serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and gain the skills to eventually run your own branch and grow a team within a culture that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or near graduation; degree conferred to start.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship required now or in the future.
• 6+ months experience in two or more of: Sales, Customer service, Management experience, Athlete participation, Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Master the knowledge to eventually run your own branch and cultivate a team.
