Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based out of one of the neighborhood branches.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as a behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful.
• Work in the community and build relationships essential to building your own business.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and always put customers first.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years, regardless of points.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience (within the last 5 years) in one of the following areas:
• Sales – commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
• Customer service in a sales industry (i.e., retail, restaurant, hospitality).
• Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi‑professional or collegiate team.
• Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future.
