You will represent employers in discrimination, wage-hour, and termination matters, collaborate with a national team, and leverage AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and client service. Utah bar admission required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of civil litigation experience.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
• Strong writing and deposition skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently with a national team.
• Familiarity with employment law and related regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in litigation and administrative proceedings.
• Handle matters before state and federal courts and agencies like EEOC and NLRB.
• Conduct depositions, draft motions, and manage discovery.
• Advise clients on day-to-day employment issues and compliance.
• Draft policies, handbooks, and agreements including non-competes.
• Collaborate across the firm's national platform on multi-jurisdictional matters.
