Jobot partners with a national law firm seeking employment litigators at several experience levels. Represent employers in workplace disputes with meaningful ownership of cases, direct client interaction, and development alongside seasoned litigators.

You will handle a broad range of employment matters, draft pleadings and motions, take depositions, and participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation. The role offers hybrid work, strong bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active admission in the state of the selected office.
• New York admission is a plus for Hackensack.
• Experience handling pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and client reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage employment matters from initial assessment through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and client reports; take and defend depositions.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, investigations, and trial preparation.
• Handle discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour matters.
• Advise employers on workplace compliance and risk.
