• Strong management-side employment litigation experience, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour claims.
• Hands-on litigation experience including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and case strategy.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in labor and employment disputes and litigation.
• Develop and implement litigation strategy across the lifecycle of matters.
• Collaborate with clients to align legal strategy with business objectives.
