• 2–6 years of litigation experience, with employment law experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in combining litigation with advice and counseling work.
• Experience representing employers is preferred.
• Labor or public-sector employment experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent employers in employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, legal memoranda, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex employment law issues
• Advise clients on workplace policies, compliance matters, personnel issues, and risk management strategies
• Participate in mediations, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation
• Assist clients with employment investigations and workplace disputes
• Manage case files, deadlines, and litigation strategy across multiple active matters
• Collaborate with attorneys across related practice areas to address client needs
