Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally

Responsibilities

• Complete training as outlined in the program
• Support store strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Build knowledge of all products to provide effective recommendations
• Develop positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Complete store administration tasks
• Ensure compliance with policies including safety and loss prevention
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Support training, development, performance management, and corrective action
• Respond to customer and employee inquiries and resolve issues
• Collaborate with Store Manager on outside sales calls to grow market share
