Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company offers an accelerated Management & Sales Training Program designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18–24 months. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree by the start of the program.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete training consistent with established program.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build and maintain product knowledge to recommend solutions.
• Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration tasks.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety and loss prevention.
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Support employee training and performance management.
• Respond to and resolve customer and employee issues.
• Partner with Store Manager for outside sales calls to grow market share.
