Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is offering an accelerated Management & Sales Training Program designed to prepare you for Store Management in 18-24 months. The program includes an 8-week initial training and potential progression to Assistant Store Manager, with a typical 44-hour workweek including evenings/weekends.

You will learn operations, clients, and internal strategy while building leadership and sales capabilities.

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion.
Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program.

Responsibilities

Complete training consistent with established program.
Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations.
Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Complete store administration.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety and security.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
