The Sherwin-Williams Company offers an accelerated Management & Sales Training Program designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months. With a promote-from-within philosophy, you may advance to Assistant Store Manager after the initial training.

Expect a 44-hour work week with possible evenings and weekends, and exposure to a million-dollar store operation. You will learn operations, client development, and strategy while growing market share by selling to painting

Formación

• Must have a bachelor's degree by start of program.
• Strong customer service, sales, and leadership abilities.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete training aligned with the program standards.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service.
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products for recommendations.
• Foster positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration tasks.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and loss prevention.
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with employee training, development, and performance actions.
• Respond to customer or employee complaints promptly.
• Partner with Store Manager to expand outside sales and market share.
