Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete training aligned with the program standards.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service.
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products for recommendations.
• Foster positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration tasks.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and loss prevention.
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with employee training, development, and performance actions.
• Respond to customer or employee complaints promptly.
• Partner with Store Manager to expand outside sales and market share.
