Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have at least a Bachelor's degree by the start of this development program.
• Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with store management to oversee a million-dollar business and develop store strategy.
• Sell to large commercial customers such as painting contractors, purchasing agents, manufacturers, and other commercial users.
• Participate in leadership development and training to progress into supervisory roles.
