Job summary

The program typically runs 44 hours per week and may include evenings or weekends. Upon completion, you can advance to an Assistant Store Manager position and build a long-term career within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being 18 years or older, legally authorized to work in the U.S., having a valid driver’s license, and at least a bachelor’s degree by program start.
• Preferred experience in retail, sales, or customer service and in leadership roles, with willingness to relocate.
• Ability to read/write in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell to large commercial customers such as painting contractors and manufacturers.
• Collaborate with store management to oversee daily operations.
• Contribute to development and strategy for the store to grow market share.
• Engage in training across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
