Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.

• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree by the start of this development program.

Responsibilities

• Sell to large commercial users such as painting contractors and purchasing agents.
• Oversee a million-dollar store operation with leadership and strategic input.
• Learn all store operations, clients, and internal strategy during the program.
• Develop the skills to advance into Store Management and beyond.
• Engage in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
