Located in Denver, Phoenix, Roseville, Walnut Creek, Mission Viejo, or Seattle, the role emphasizes underwriting excellence, broker partnerships, and market development.

The successful candidate will build technical underwriting expertise, adopt a consultative sales approach, and collaborate with brokers and internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 1 year of underwriting experience preferred.
• Professional designations such as RPLU, CPCU, ARM are preferred.
• Experience supporting or managing agency relationships and profitability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a profitable book of business across Directors & Officers, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Crime, Cyber, and Management Liability products.
• Gather and analyze information to apply underwriting techniques and evaluate risk acceptability.
• Evaluate, select, and price risks per underwriting guidelines and authority levels.
• Develop pricing, coverage terms, conditions, and endorsements for new and renewal business.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across PHLY commercial product offerings.
