Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Coordinator, Managed Care, Credentialing to ensure active credentialing/enrollment status with contracted payors for all providers. The role includes maintaining licensure and coordinating provider enrollment across groups.

Responsibilities include tracking credentialing activity, ensuring compliance, and preparing documentation for hospital privileges when needed. Excellent communication and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of credentialing or payer enrollment experience in a managed care or provider setting.
• Experience with credentialing databases preferred.
• Familiarity with payer environments and issues.

Responsibilities

• Document and track credentialing/enrollment, re-credentialing, and hospital privileging activities.
• Maintain licenses and certifications to ensure compliance across regions.
• Coordinate enrollment activities for all groups/providers.
• Ensure licenses and credentials are accurate and in good standing.
• Prepare forms and documents to obtain hospital privileges as needed.
• Meet deadlines and report progress to supervisor.
