Job summary

Cardinal Health nationwide remote position seeks a Coordinator, Managed Care, Credentialing to manage credentialing/enrollment and licensure for providers. The role includes maintaining licenses, coordinating enrollments, and ensuring timely completion of forms and reporting across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of credentialing or payer enrollment experience in a managed care or provider setting.
• Knowledge of the payer environment and payer issues.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends as needed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Excel and Word documents.
• Healthcare college degree or commensurate experience preferred.
• Credentialing database experience (IntelliCred, E-Vips, Vistar, Cactus, Symed, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and track credentialing/enrollment and hospital privileging activities.
• Maintain licenses and certifications in the credentialing platform for compliance.
• Participate in training and process improvement projects.
• Coordinate provider enrollment for groups and providers.
• Ensure licenses and certifications are accurate and in good standing.
• Prepare forms and documents for hospital privileges as needed.
• Meet deadlines for processing and reporting.
• Provide updates to Credentialing Supervisor on progress.
