Job summary

Simon Property Group is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to support mall management at International Plaza in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, lease coordination, rent processing, and general office duties.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 2–4 years of admin experience, and strong skills in Microsoft Office, communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • 2–4 years administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in JD Edwards or OneWorld helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Support mall management with daily office operations and correspondence.
  • Assist accounts payable/receivable, procurement card, petty cash, and budgeting tasks.
  • Coordinate leasing activity, rent processing, and tracking milestones in SLIM or One World as needed.
  • Assist with event administration, collateral management, and vendor communications.
  • Prepare reports and maintain company policy/human resources updates.
