Simon Property Group is seeking a customer service–oriented associate at Florida Mall to act as a front-line information source and sales agent. The role emphasizes high-quality guest service, handling Simon Gift Cards, and supporting mall programs.

The candidate will maintain a professional appearance, manage cash with accuracy, and assist guests and retailers as part of a dynamic team. The position is temporary for 90 days with potential for permanence based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales background.
• Articulate, outgoing, and professional appearance.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to stand 100% of the time while assisting guests.
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent Simon to guests by delivering high-quality, friendly service.
• Act as a seller for Simon Gift Card program and other payment products.
• Handle daily cash, deposits, and reconciliation per guidelines.
• Maintain professional display materials and current signage.
• Respond to guest and retailer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Support center teams and assist with center initiatives and tours.
