Qualifications

• Experience in management or a related field.
• Ability to analyze financial reports, budgets and contracts for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Maximise EBITDA by increasing all income sources while controlling expenses.
• Support Mall Manager in developing and implementing a Strategic Business Plan.
• Learn and participate in leasing activities from canvassing through lease execution.
• Assist in marketing and SBV initiatives to enhance revenue and sales.
• Develop relationships with tenants and anchor stores to optimize performance.
• Contribute to capital planning focused on asset preservation and lifecycle costs.
