Zusammenfassung

Spinoso Real Estate Group is seeking a Part-Time Field Marketing Coordinator in Santa Maria, CA. The role supports the General Manager with property marketing objectives, events, and communications to drive foot traffic and tenant sales.

You will work closely with the Corporate Field Marketing Team and Leasing Representatives to provide market data and reporting while building tenant and community relationships.

Qualifikationen

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Intermediate to expert proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with Meta Business Suite, Instagram and Facebook is preferred.
Ability to build paid advertising campaigns and targeted audiences.
Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Edits, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe Creative apps.

Aufgaben

Support the General Manager with marketing objectives for the property.
Assist in creating the property's annual marketing strategy and budget.
Conduct market research and analyze findings to influence strategy.
Coordinate events and vendor relations for promotional activities.
Oversee digital initiatives including website and social media.
Prepare press releases and manage media inquiries per policies.
Collaborate with leasing agents on marketing support for new tenants.
Monitor tenant sales and implement marketing programs for underperforming tenants.
