Job summary

SRS Real Estate Partners is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Phoenix to support brokers with transaction and marketing activities. The role blends marketing execution, business development, and administrative support to strengthen the local brand.

You will work with corporate marketing to adapt strategies for the Phoenix market, manage campaigns, listings, and events, and help grow the presence of SRS’s retail real estate team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or public relations.
• Strong Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
• Intermediate Adobe InDesign and Photoshop; Illustrator a plus.
• Commercial real estate experience preferred.
• Team player with customer-service focus.
• Salesforce experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all communications, presentations, and collaterals enhance the SRS brand and align with brand guidelines.
• Create printed and digital marketing packages, tour books, and presentations for listings and pitches.
• Create and deploy email blasts for property listings, newsletters, and announcements.
• Maintain property listings, client information, and team bios on SRSRE.COM, CoStar, LoopNet, and other sites.
• Maintain and segment contact databases and distribution lists.
• Prepare documents related to transactions and reporting spreadsheets.
• Assist brokers with leases, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Utilize Apto (Salesforce-based) to track business development progress.
• Assist with marketing software usage and branding standards.
