BXP is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for office, retail and community properties in San Francisco. You will support planning, execution of promotions, events and campaigns, manage social media, signage, websites and vendor relationships to drive traffic and engagement across properties.

This role requires a BA/BS in Marketing or related field and 2–5 years of marketing communications experience, with strong writing, organization and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field required.
• 2–5 years of marketing communications, administrative support or property management experience with social media and events.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning and execution of promotions and events to increase traffic and engagement for the assigned properties, including office client, community, and visitor engagement.
• Oversee signage program including maps, directories, and retail promotional signage; coordinate updates regularly.
• Maintains websites and social media; track basic engagement metrics and ensure content accuracy.
• Assist in planning and execution of social media campaigns, including content creation, partnerships, data tracking and reporting.
• Promote and publicize new amenities and community offerings to the public, office clients, and hospitality industry.
• Proof campaign designs; create a wide range of marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers; coordinate programs and promotions and market services to retailers.
• Participate in annual office client appreciation events and onboarding materials.
