Job summary

Spinoso Real Estate Group in Hollywood, CA seeks a Specialty Leasing Manager to drive revenue through leasing in-line stores, carts, kiosks, and other non-traditional formats at Ovation Hollywood. You will develop the program, manage budget, and build a dynamic tenant mix.

The role requires 2–3 years in sales or business development, willingness to canvass in-person 1–2 days per week, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Willingness to conduct regular in-person canvassing (1–2 days per week).
• Experience in specialty leasing, retail leasing, or commercial real estate is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills within defined timelines.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the Specialty Leasing program and budget.
• Prospect and secure new specialty retailers through canvassing and relationship-building.
• Generate leads, build a pipeline, and communicate space availability.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and track activity.
• Negotiate and execute license agreements to meet revenue goals.
• Renew existing agreements at least 30 days before expiration.
• Coordinate setup, relocation, and breakdown of all Specialty Leasing tenants.
• Ensure operational guidelines and property standards are met.
• Partner with Accounting to monitor billing, collections, and reporting.
• Prepare agreements and obtain internal approvals.
• Collaborate with leasing and management on merchandising strategy.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to center goals.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants and internal teams.
