LGI Homes is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to lead events across the Bakersfield-area communities, Orchard Park and Harvest Grove. This on-site role coordinates events, presentations, and Realtor engagements to drive traffic and enhance the customer experience.

The position requires 2+ years in marketing or events, real estate marketing is a plus, and strong skills in planning, social media, and content creation. Travel between communities and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement.
• Real estate marketing experience is preferred.
• Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills.
• Creative, presentation-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong social media and content creation skills.
• Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools.
• Willing to travel between communities and work evenings/weekends for events.
• Able to build strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements to drive traffic.
• Activate national campaigns locally and improve community presentation.
• Support content creation and provide insights to drive sales performance.
• Ensure signage, collateral, and digital listings align with brand standards.
• Manage full event process: planning, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Handle data entry, reporting, and weekly insights for leadership.
• Manage marketing inventory, vendors, and photography/video needs.
• Assist with community launches and closeouts and keep visitor centers ready.
