Spinoso Realty Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Southridge Mall in Greendale, WI. The role involves performing general maintenance and repairs on interior and exterior areas, following OSHA standards, and assisting with events and vendor coordination.

The technician will support preventative maintenance programs, lift heavy objects as required, and may work evenings, weekends, or holidays. A valid driver’s license is required and a high school diploma or GED is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Technical school or training preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years' work experience in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and equipment in compliance with State and Federal regulations.
• Execute repairs and maintenance in a timely manner.
• Support a cost-effective preventative maintenance program to maximize equipment performance.
