Job summary

Spinoso Realty Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Town Center at Aurora. You will perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance tasks, from carpentry to basic electrical work, and help maintain safety standards across the property.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of maintenance experience. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, on-call shifts, and collaboration with contractors and tenants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical training preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ work experience in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on interior and exterior property areas.
• Carpentry, drywall, tile, flooring, plumbing, electrical tasks as needed.
• Routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
• Snow removal and lawn/grounds care.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards.
