Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Technical training or school is preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Follow the lead of the Senior Maintenance Technician to maintain building compliance and perform repairs.
• Display versatility with carpentry, drywall, tile, plumbing, electrical tasks.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
• Assist with events, setups, and special requests.
• Adhere to OSHA requirements and safety protocols.
• Support a cost-effective maintenance program to maximize performance.
• Be available for emergencies and on-call maintenance as needed.
