Job summary

Spinoso Realty Group in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Operations team at Cottonwood Mall. The role focuses on maintaining building and equipment, performing repairs, and supporting preventative maintenance programs.

Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC basics, snow removal, and grounds care, with a flexible on-call schedule. A High School Diploma or GED and maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Technical school or training preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ work experience in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on interior and exterior building systems.
• Carry out basic carpentry, drywall, tile, plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Provide routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
• Assist with snow removal, lawn/grounds care, and minor parking lot work.
• Adhere to OSHA requirements and safety protocols.
