Job summary

Spinoso Realty Group at The Mall at Partridge Creek in Clinton Township, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain building and equipment, perform repairs, and support a preventative maintenance program. You will work with contractors and tenants, follow safety guidelines, and respond to on-call maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school or training preferred.
• Minimum two years of maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on interior and exterior areas.
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Assist with events and set-ups.
• Adhere to OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed.
• Support safety and cost-effective maintenance.
