Job summary

Spinoso Real Estate Group in Clinton Township, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support The Mall at Partridge Creek. You will perform repairs and routine maintenance to keep the property safe and appealing.

The role requires carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, basic HVAC, and coordination with contractors, with on-call responsiveness and non-standard hours as needed. The ideal candidate has at least two years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical school or training preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ work experience in maintenance.
• Ability to read, write and follow written and oral instruction.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and equipment to comply with regulations.
• Perform repairs and maintenance promptly.
• Support preventative maintenance program to maximize equipment performance.
• Assist other departments with events and set-ups.
• Adhere to OSHA requirements.
• Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned.
