Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
• Snow removal and lawn/grounds care, minor parking lot work.
• Basic HVAC maintenance and assistance with events or special requests.
• Adhere to OSHA requirements and coordinate with contractors as needed.
