Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal in excellent condition. You will perform routine service requests, inspect common areas, and assist the make-ready process to prepare apartments for new residents.

Strong safety awareness and customer service are essential. A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a golf cart on property are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or groundskeeping is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, compliance with OSHA and site policies.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community regularly to keep common areas clean and attractive.
• Assist with make-ready work and turn processes for vacant units.
• Respond to routine maintenance requests and coordinate with supervisor.
• Ensure locks and gates operate safely and report hazards promptly.
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and guests.
