Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to keep communities in top condition. You will inspect grounds and amenities, handle make-ready tasks, manage lock changes, and support the service team with resident communications.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect community to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and assist in the make-ready process.
• Complete routine service requests and assist the make-ready specialist.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates are working per codes.
• Distribute notices to residents and communicate safety hazards.
• Provide courteous customer service and address resident concerns.
• Attend safety meetings and comply with OSHA and safety-related requirements.
• Support on-call schedule and travel as needed to other properties.
