Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Make Ready/Turn Technician for Emblem Park in Nashville. The role performs mechanical repairs and make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing, including caulking, painting touch-ups, drywall inspection, and general maintenance.

You will follow a make-ready checklist, assist with groundskeeping, and support cost-saving maintenance practices. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation, competitive benefits, and opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

• Completes make-ready checklist and required maintenance documentation.
• Repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to move-in to meet standard of occupancy.
• Assists in groundskeeping, cleaning, and curb appeal as directed.

Responsibilities

• Completes all needed repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to resident move-in.
• Inspects windows, sinks, toilets, showers; caulks and seals as needed.
• Inspects sheetrock for damage and repairs or replaces as needed.
• Performs touch-up painting for vacant and occupied units.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; pressure-washes breezeways and pool areas.
• Fixes rather than replacing parts when possible to save costs; uses tools correctly.
• Completes make-ready checklist and maintenance docs; follows safety policies.
