Greystar is seeking a maintenance technician to turn vacant apartment homes quickly to market-ready condition. You will perform repairs, caulking, painting, and basic carpentry while following safety policies and OSHA training.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, completing make-ready checklists, and assisting with grounds upkeep. Flexible scheduling and onsite work are expected, with a focus on resident satisfaction and timely turnover.

Qualifications

• Experience performing repairs and make-ready tasks on residential units.
• Ability to caulk, seal, paint, and perform basic carpentry.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA training compliance.

Responsibilities

• Completes repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to move-in.
• Ensures proper caulking and sealing around windows, sinks, toilets, baths.
• Inspects sheetrock and repairs as needed; performs touch-up painting.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; cleans and paints curbs/signage.
• Supports cost-control by using parts efficiently and safely.
