Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing. You will complete make-ready tasks, caulk and seal around fixtures, inspect drywall, and touch up paint under supervision.

You may also assist with groundskeeping and general maintenance, while following safety policies and documenting work orders. The role requires flexible scheduling, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance, and willingness to travel between

Qualifications

• Experience performing repairs and improvements to residential units.
• Ability to caulk, seal, and finish surfaces around windows, sinks, and bathrooms.
• Inspect and repair drywall and perform touch-up painting as directed.
• Assist in groundskeeping and common-area maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in routine safety trainings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and improvements to vacant and occupied units.
• Ensure units are make-ready and meet occupancy standards.
• Perform caulking, sealing, and painting as required by the make-ready checklist.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with curb, signage, and pool areas.
• Follow safety procedures and complete maintenance documentation on time.
