Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready tasks within established timeframes for vacant units.
• Perform repairs including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and flooring as needed.
• Ensure appliances are operational and units pass inspection requirements.
• Change locks, install lockboxes, and set up alarms in new vacants.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure efficient workflow and safety.
• Walk units to write punch lists and track preventive maintenance during turnover.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and potential tenants.
