Responsibilities

• Complete all make-ready tasks within established timeframes to minimize vacancy loss.
• Perform repairs including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and flooring as needed.
• Ensure all appliances are operational and in good condition.
• Change locks and install lockboxes, alarms in newly vacant homes.
• Monitor supplies and coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to fulfill orders.
• Inspect units to identify repairs or maintenance needed; complete punch lists.
