Responsibilities

Complete all make-ready tasks within established timeframes.
Perform repairs including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and flooring.
Ensure appliances are operational and in good condition.
Change locks, install lockboxes and alarms as needed.
Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to fulfill supply orders.
Inspect units to identify additional repairs or maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of tasks and supplies.
Walk vacant homes and complete punch lists before move-in.
Produce preventive maintenance during turnover and complete work orders.
