Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready tasks within established timeframes to minimize vacancy loss.
• Perform repairs including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and flooring.
• Ensure appliances are operational and in good condition.
• Change locks and install lockboxes; add alarms in vacant homes.
• Monitor supplies and coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to fulfill orders.
• Inspect units to identify additional repairs or maintenance needs.
• Maintain records of maintenance tasks and supplies used.
• Communicate with property management team regarding status of make-ready units.
• Walk vacant homes prior to move-in and complete punch lists.
• Complete and track preventive maintenance during turnover.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and potential tenants.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
