ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant homes for occupancy. You will complete make-ready tasks, perform repairs, and ensure appliances and safety standards meet expectations. You will also coordinate with the property management team and maintain accurate turnover records.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. Weekend work may be required as part of turnover.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready tasks within timeframes to minimize vacancy loss.
• Perform repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, flooring).
• Ensure appliances are operational and in good condition.
• Change locks and install lockboxes and alarms in vacant homes.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and write punch lists.
• Inspect units and document needed repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance records and track supplies.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and potential tenants.
• Comply with Fair Housing requirements.
